Our Mission
Little Plant Lady was born from the desire to create safe, non-toxic, sustainable intimates and apothecary items to women everywhere. After many years of research and education of the impacts of the fast fashion industry and the effects of these harmful chemicals, dyes, and materials on our bodies, Bella knew she wanted to create change.
We as women have grown up in an overly conditioned society that has pushed external perceptions of beauty onto us since we were little girls. The perfumes, clothing, and products many of us put directly onto or into our skin contain carcinogens and fragrances that are incredibly harmful to our bodies and reproductive health. Bella knew she not only wanted to bring change to the fashion industry, but to also educate women everywhere on WHY we do what we do, and remind them they do not need any external items to be perceived as beautiful. They can show up exactly as they are and feel sexy, radiant, and celebrated!
Here at Little Plant Lady there is a place for every BODY! Everything we do here is handmade, always sustainably sourced, organic, and dyed with plants. When you shop here you're supporting a ONE WOMAN SHOW from the mindful sourcing, cutting, sewing, dying, drying, packaging, shipping, emailing, and even the social media management!

FAQ
1 / How do I order?
Little Plant Lady operates on a small batch, seasonal model — meaning the shop opens in rhythm with Bella’s creative cycles and closes in between for rest, design, and production. You can place an order during collection launches or shop restocks, which are announced in advance. Items remain available until they sell out — and since everything is made by hand in limited quantities, we recommend ordering early when the shop opens. 💌 Want to stay in the loop? Sign up for our mailing list to receive launch dates, early access, exclusive discounts, and sneak peeks straight to your inbox.
2 / Do you restock all sizes?
Yes — and no. Because we operate in small, intentional batches, some collections are restocked in our most requested sizes to prevent overproduction and holding excess inventory. However, we always strive to include at least a few pieces in every size, so that all women have the opportunity to shop and feel seen. If your size isn’t available during a restock or launch, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to create a custom piece made to order just for you, in your preferred size and color. ✨ Fit tip: Our fabric is incredibly stretchy and seamless — similar to yoga wear. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing down for the best fit. Use a measuring tape and refer to our Sizing Chart for the most accurate guidance. Need help? Email us anytime at support@littleplantlady.com — we’re here to support you and your beautiful body.
3 / Do you offer international shipping? What are my shipping options?
We currently offer limited international shipping due to the high risk of lost or delayed packages, which can be deeply challenging for both you and us as a small business. If you live outside the U.S. and wish to place an order — thank you so much for your support and interest. Please email us directly at support@littleplantlady.com so we can look into shipping options and rates to your country on a case-by-case basis. Please note: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with delivery. We are not liable for delayed, refused, or held packages. All international packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with insured tracking to your country. For U.S. Customers: We offer two USPS shipping options at checkout: 📦 Ground Advantage – Delivery in 3–7 business days – Includes tracking – No insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages 🚚 Priority Mail – Delivery in 2–3 business days – Includes tracking – Up to $100 of insurance for loss, damage, or theft Because USPS can be unpredictable, we highly recommend choosing Priority Mail at checkout if you've experienced mail delivery issues in the past.
4 / What are your shipping timelines?
Because we are a slow fashion brand, all pieces are handmade to order with care and intention. Please allow 4–8 weeks for the creation of your item before it ships. We believe in honoring the natural rhythm of slow creation — each piece is dyed, sewn, and finished by hand. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out prior to purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
5 / Are your pieces made to order? Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes — the majority of our pieces are made to order and crafted by hand in small batches. Please allow 4–8 weeks for your order to be created before it ships. Because I work solo and make each piece with care and attention, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. I believe in honoring the natural flow of creativity and life — thank you for your patience and understanding. Free Bleed Undies in particular require more time. They are made entirely to order, using custom inserts and specialty materials that are sourced in small batches. Each one is crafted one order at a time to ensure integrity, comfort, and functionality. If you're in need of custom sizing, you're welcome to email us at support@littleplantlady.com before placing your order. I’ll do my best to accommodate your body’s unique needs.
6 / What fabrics do you use? Are they ethically sourced?
We are deeply committed to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and skin-safe materials. All of our garments are made from organic or naturally grown fibers, and we carefully choose our fabrics based on availability, quality, and environmental impact. We primarily work with organic cotton, and occasionally incorporate organic hemp or bamboo blends — depending on what is currently available in small-batch quantities. Because fabric stock shifts seasonally, we encourage you to check the product description on each listing to view the most accurate and up-to-date fiber content for that piece. Every material we use is selected with care — for your body, for the planet, and for the beauty of what we’re building together.
7 / My package had an attempted delivery, what should I do?
Usually when there has been an attempted delivery of your package it is being held at your local post office for you to collect. The first thing you should do is contact your local post office and ask if they have any information about the package. Packages are usually held for up to two weeks. If you have no luck here, please send us an email at support@littleplantlady.com and we can assist you further.
8 / What are Free Bleed Undies and how do they work?
Our Free Bleed Undies are handmade using 100% organic cotton fleece — a soft, absorbent, and breathable fabric that provides comfort without compromising your body’s natural rhythm. Unlike conventional period products, no plastic liners or synthetic materials are used. These undies are designed to support a primal, toxin-free way of bleeding — one that’s more connected, intuitive, and sustainable. We understand that many are skeptical at first — and we get it. But we lovingly encourage you to try them out and feel the difference for yourself. Free bleeding is not only gentler on your body, it’s also better for the Earth — eliminating the waste, chemicals, and discomfort that often come with disposable products. Your womb deserves softness, not synthetics.
9 / How should I wash my Little Plant Lady pieces?
To preserve the beauty and integrity of your plant-dyed intimates, we recommend: Hand washing with gentle, eco-friendly soap Hang drying in the shade (avoid direct sunlight to maintain color vibrancy) Our pieces are made with natural materials and dyes, so a little extra care goes a long way. Love and tend to them — and they’ll love you right back.
10 / Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the intimate nature of our garments — and the time-intensive, handmade process behind each piece — we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We highly recommend carefully reviewing our sizing chart before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help guide you. As a one-woman business crafting small-batch, made-to-order intimates, every piece is created with care and intention just for you. That said, if something arrives damaged or is truly outside of what you expected, please email us at support@littleplantlady.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue. We assess all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
11 / What are my color options?
Our color offerings shift with the seasons, reflecting the rhythm of nature and the availability of plant materials. You can view our current palette in the shop section of our website — and in the product images of each item (usually near the end of the gallery). All colors are hand-dyed using natural, Earth-based materials, so each piece may vary slightly in tone, depth, or pattern — that’s the magic of working with plants. Every piece is truly one of a kind.
